Project Scope

Ground-Up
This new two-story, X-shaped school features a steel frame and exterior walls with cold-formed metal framing and a rainscreen cladding system.
Museum Model
Inspired by a children’s museum, the school uses its environment as a teaching tool. Two wings separate elementary and middle school spaces, with CIRC, music, cafeteria, tornado shelter, gym/auditorium, and library.
Efficient Infrastructure
The building features efficient HVAC and geothermal systems, rooftop ventilation, underground electrical service with backup power, and water-saving plumbing with automatic fixtures.
