Project Scope

Renovation
This renovation repurposed existing spaces to enhance the school’s Career & Technical Education (CTE) program, converting one classroom into a computer lab and three classrooms into a cosmetology suite with a classroom, salon, and changing area.
HVAC Upgrades
The work spanned the first and third floors and included asbestos abatement, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical upgrades.
Self-Perform
Rycon self-performed approximately 65% of the work including drywall and casework.
