Project Scope

Ground-Up
This ground-up six-story building featuring deep foundations, structural steel and concrete on metal deck.
Medical SIM Rooms
Spaces include advanced technology and hands-on medical training SIM rooms, holoanatomy suite, collaborative curriculum rooms, lecture hall, social/study areas, and offices.
Site Work
Site work included landscaping, sidewalks, lighting, and courtyard. The urban site required phased logistics, just-in-time deliveries, and coordination with the City and University.
