Project Scope

Renovation
After a competitive RFQ, RFP, interview, and additional meetings, Rycon was awarded this CM at-Risk project to renovate the classroom building.
Elevator
Work included selective demo, installation of new elevator and shaft, full replacement of MEP distribution, and new finishes. Select areas of the exterior facade were cleaned and restored along with replacement of the exterior glazing.
Precon Services
As part of a collaborative team, Rycon provided preconstruction services such as site analysis, design integration, estimating, value management, logistics, scheduling, and design safety planning to help define project goals and guide key decisions.
