Project Scope

Wood Frame
Rycon was awarded a construction management contract to build a new wood-framed townhome complex located in the Detroit-Shoreway neighborhood.
20 Units
The 20-unit building features picture windows, riser stairs with wood slat walls, ceramic tile backsplashes and flooring, high-end cabinetry, and granite countertops.
Rooftop Terrace
The exterior is finished with ribbed metal siding, brick veneer, and stained cedar, and includes a rooftop terrace.
