Project Scope

Occupied
This project involved a blend of an addition and renovation executed in three phases to ensure uninterrupted student occupancy throughout construction.
Addition
The scope included the demo of existing circular academic spaces which were replaced with a new four-story structural steel academic tower, a new three-story atrium and student commons, along with a dedicated technical arts wing.
Renovation
The performing arts center underwent a comprehensive renovation. Enhancements included the addition of auditorium seats, rehearsal spaces, and a dance studio. Additional upgrades encompassed HVAC, plumbing, and ventilation systems, as well as renovations to the pool and locker rooms.
