Project Scope

Ground-Up
This new micro hospital holds an ED with full med gas capabilities, 10 inpatient beds, CT and X-ray, and on-site lab. Nursing stations were strategically configured for accessibility.
43’ High Retaining Wall
Extensive site development included a 911’ long retaining wall reaching a maximum height of 43’, constructed using over 280 grouted Geopiers, geogrid reinforcement, and concrete block.
Precon Services
Early collaboration enabled an expedited precon process, including procurement strategies, GMP development during design, and accelerated subcontractor awards while maintaining budget.
