Project Scope

Ground-Up
This new micro hospital holds an ED with full med gas capabilities, 10 inpatient beds, CT and X-ray, and on-site lab. Nursing stations were strategically configured for accessibility.
Precon Services
Early collaboration enabled an expedited precon process, including procurement strategies, GMP development during design, and accelerated subcontractor awards while maintaining budget.
Extensive Site Work
The site work included mine grouting of an abandoned coal mine, requiring 290 drilled holes and 3,000 CY of grout, plus 30,000 sf of slope stabilization with rock bolting.
