Project Scope

Ground-Up
This ground-up micro hospital features a facade of composite metal panels, brick veneer, and curtainwall.
Emergency Department
The facility includes an ED with full medical gas, 10 inpatient beds, imaging services such as CT and X-ray, and an on-site lab. Nursing stations were strategically configured to maximize visibility and accessibility.
Precon Services
Early collaboration enabled an expedited precon process, including procurement strategies, GMP development during design, and accelerated subcontractor awards while maintaining budget. BIM was utilized for MEP systems.
