Project Scope

Ground-Up
This four-story micro hospital features a facade of metal panels, brick veneer, and curtainwall, and includes an ED, 10 inpatient beds, diagnostic and specialty care, advanced imaging (LINAC, MRI, CT, X-ray), observation rooms, and on-site lab.
Precon Services
Early collaboration with the design team enabled an expedited precon process, including procurement strategies, GMP development during design, and accelerated subcontractor awards while maintaining budget.
Integrated Delivery
Emerus and AHN share the facility, requiring complex coordination. DOH mandated full completion before licensing, adding challenges to the fast-track schedule. Rycon ensured compliance and successful delivery.
