The Fresh Market

Existing grocery stores were selectively demolished and built-out for The Fresh Market. The new stores have departments for deli, meat/seafood, produce/floral, and bakery with coolers and freezers. Back-of-house work included prep areas, receiving, and equipment platforms. Exterior items consisted of grease traps and storage, sanitary service, recycling bins and rooftop items included new exhaust fans, RTUs, and condensing units.
