Rycon provided preconstruction and construction services for this new 16-story 260,000 sq. ft. mixed-use high-rise apartment building. Holding 168 units with 509 beds, the cast-in-pace concrete structure consists of a podium, residential tower, and penthouse. The two-level podium consists of above ground parking, retail, and amenities while 13 levels of apartments are within the tower. Other spaces include group study rooms, a gallery, and third floor terrace. The penthouse features open air mechanical space, fitness center, sky lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows, and outdoor terrace.
