Project Scope

Fit-Out
This fit-out on a portion of the third level at Mill 19 created a “virtual factory” for a research and development company focused on window and door systems.
MEP Upgrades
Work included selective demo, MEP upgrades, fire sprinkler system, glass partitions, finishes, and skylight installation.
R&D Lab
The space features dedicated labs and a large bay for robotics and aerial vehicle testing for use on construction sites, along with a showroom, control room, conference room, kitchen, storage, entry, and offices.
