Project Scope

Occupied High-Rise
This project involved a build-out of the 16th floor within an occupied high-rise.
Infrastructure
The modern collaborative space features private and open offices, high-tech conference rooms, reception area, a unique living wall, staff lounge, storage, and restrooms. Work included MEP and HVAC modifications, new walls/partitions/doors, and an extensive casework and millwork package.
LEED Certified
The renovation was designed and constructed to achieve LEED Certification.
