Project Scope

Fit-Out
This fit-out was inclusive of selective demo with temporary protection from infiltration of construction dust, structural steel, finish carpentry, roofing, insulation, doors/windows, flooring, paint, equipment, fire sprinklers, MEP, and HVAC.
Operating Rooms
The space features two operating rooms, one procedure room, prep/recovery area with six bays and nurses station, clean equipment supply room, decontamination room, medical gas room, staff lounge/offices, and waiting/reception area.
Water Treatment
During construction, the Owner added a water treatment room on the second floor.
