Project Scope

Ground-Up
Rycon was awarded the construction of a ground-up building holding a pediatric medical office.
Site Work
The cold-formed steel structure features CMU block, stucco, EIFS, and Bahamian-style shutters. The scope included associated site work.
Fit-Out
The pediatric medical office work entailed installing newly finished carpentry, plumbing fixtures, RTUs, and lighting fixtures to meet the specific requirements of the tenant.
