An existing housewares store was selectively demolished and built-out for The Fresh Market.
Project Scope
Kitchen & BOH
Back-of-house work included food prep areas, kitchen, storage, and break room, a cooler and freezer for meat/seafood, and additional coolers for produce, bakery, floral, cold cooked foods, and bulk items.
Exterior Upgrades
The new store has an ice cream freezer, deli freezer, grocery freezer, and dairy coolers. New exterior items included a grease trap and storage, sanitary services, recycling bins, RTU’s, and condensing unit.
