Rycon provided preconstruction and construction management services for a new 18,000 sf ground-up retail building and a renovation of an existing 13,000 sf building .
Project Scope
Ground-Up
The project included a new structural steel building with reinforced concrete footings, CMU foundation and retaining walls, and a slab-on-grade system. The exterior features masonry, metal panels, and phenolic wood, while tenant spaces were delivered as cold dark shells with utilities.
Occupied Renovation
The existing building was refreshed while remaining operational, with exterior updates including tower recladding, roof modifications, removal of skylights and towers, and new screening enclosures. Interior improvements focused on updated finishes, paint, and awnings.
