Project Scope

LEED Silver Expansion
This three-phase project included a 25,500 sf renovation and a 23,100 sf expansion of the library, designed to meet LEED Silver standards. The facility houses over 290,000 books.
Phased Occupancy
The library remained fully operational during phases one and three, with limited access in phase two. Work included demo, system rerouting, new construction, and renovations to the main and lower levels. Materials and staff were temporarily relocated to maintain functionality.
Art Gallery
Although two stories tall, the building includes three functional levels with classrooms, video production, study areas, offices, art galleries, and a rare book collection.
