Ground-Up
This project consisted of a ground-up 99,000 sf climate-controlled storage facility with 628 lockers.
PEMB
This three-story building plus partial basement is a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) composed of 4” concrete slab on metal deck, structural cold-formed framing, aluminum storefront system, EIFS, and standing seam metal roof.
Site Work
Other scope items included site work, hardscaping, landscaping, fencing, bollards, masonry, millwork, rough carpentry, waterproofing, overhead doors, windows, stained concrete flooring, louvered metal canopies, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
