Multi-Building

The project consisted of (2) new temperature-controlled buildings and (1) drive-up non-temperature controlled building constructed on an existing SmartStop site. The buildings were delivered using a sequenced construction approach.

PEMB

The scope included concrete foundations and slabs, masonry, structural steel, and pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) construction. Additional work encompassed rough carpentry, metal roofing and wall panels, EIFS, insulation, door and overhead door systems, storefront glazing, metal framing, drywall, sealed concrete floors, canopies, and infrastructure.

Retaining Walls

Site work included selective demolition, grading, utility installations, erosion control, retaining walls, asphalt paving and striping, curb and gutter installation, and landscaping.
