Project Scope

Ground-Up
This project consisted of a ground-up 99,000 sf building composed of a combination of structural steel and cold-formed metal framing, 4.5” concrete slab on metal deck, aluminum storefront system, EIFS, brick accents, and TPO roof.
Climate-Controlled
The interior features 727 climate-controlled storage units within three-stories.
Site Work
Other scope items included site work, hardscaping, landscaping, fencing, bollards, masonry, millwork, rough carpentry, waterproofing, overhead doors, windows, stained concrete flooring, louvered metal canopies, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
