Redevelopment
As the construction manager, Rycon was responsible for this 230,000 sf redevelopment. Work involved a full reconfiguration of the core and shell, along with utility service upgrades.

The three-phase scope included demolishing a former three-story Macy’s to make way for a new core and shell space accommodating seven retail tenants and office space. Rycon also completed tenant fit-outs for Dick’s Sporting Goods, Burlington, and Michaels.
