Rycon provided construction services under a lump sum contract to redevelop a former Kmart info four (4) new tenant spaces: Burlington, Michaels, Ross Dress for Less, and dd’s DISCOUNTS.
Project Scope
Roof Replacement
The scope of work included a partial demolition of Kmart and utilizing the existing shell for the new tenants, site utility work, landscaping, new roof, and parking lot upgrades.
Fit-Out
The second stage of the project consisted of a 5,200 sf addition and 41,000 sf fit-out of Burlington.
