Project Scope

Ground-Up
This one-story building features a concrete foundation, steel and metal framing, masonry exterior, TPO roof, and ACM-clad entry canopy. Interior work included framing, finishes, ACT ceilings, MEP systems, and RTUs. Spaces include offices, conference rooms, boardroom, restrooms, and reception.
Phased
The phased project began with construction of the new building while the Board of Education operated from a nearby house. After completion, the existing structure was demolished, and final site work was completed.
Site Work
The scope included full site development with utility installation, a new underground detention system, asphalt and concrete pavements, and landscaping.
