Project Scope

Renovation
Rycon completed upgrades to select units on two floors of this retirement village to revitalize the homes with a range of improvements.
Restroom Upgrades
The work included a new layout to improve accessibility, showers, ceramic tile floor in the bathrooms, vinyl wood plank floors in the living area, plumbing, hardware, lighting, casework, drywall, paint, molding, doors/frames, updated life and safety, and electrical modifications.
Occupied
Due to occupancy of adjacent areas, the project required precise coordination and scheduling to ensure safety and minimize disruption.
