Project Scope

Renovations
As part of NTB’s nationwide rebranding initiative, Rycon was selected to perform upgrades and renovations at multiple locations. These fast-paced projects were carefully coordinated, with most running concurrently and completed within a three-week time-frame to minimize business disruption.
Ground-Up
Rycon completed numerous new ground-up NTB stores. Each facility spans approximately 6,500 sf and was delivered with complete site development.
Auto Service
The stores feature multiple service bays, customer waiting areas, and dedicated space for tire and product storage.
