Design-Build
Rycon led this renovation as the design-builder, managing both design and construction for a seamless project delivery.
Renovation
Renovations included selective demolition, cabinetry/countertops, acoustical ceiling, new lighting, power/data, HVAC upgrades, and interior finishes.
Flex Lab
The spaces in the basement of the Monell Center included swing space/flexible lab, storage areas, break room, lobby, mechanical, and IT space.
