This project consists of a new one-story storage building on the existing District campus.
Project Scope
PEMB
The pre-engineered metal building foundation is made up of reinforced concrete footers, 6” concrete slab-on-grade with two layers of 6’ x 6’ welded wire mesh over a 10 mil vapor barrier.
Site Work
Other scope included six coiling overhead doors, bollards, site grading/gravel fill, and mechanical, electrical, and HVAC.
