Project Scope

Multiple Government Facilities
Rycon was awarded a lump sum contract for repair services caused by Hurricane Ian at Public Works, Billy Creek DOT Traffic Paint Barn, Regional Library, Lakes Park, Matlacha Community Park Art Center, Melvin Morgan Complex, and Phillips Park.
Varied Renovations
Work consisted of roofing repairs, siding, insulation, doors, windows, concrete slabs, fences, block columns/walls, shutters, stairs, ceilings, awnings, flooring, stucco, screens, signage, kitchen hood, HVAC, MEP, communication components, fencing, irrigation, paint, cabinetry, boardwalks, and docks.
Funding
The work was funded in part by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency).
