Renovation
This renovation transformed the space to include a central lobby, flex conference rooms with operable partitions, multi-purpose and training rooms, open layout, coffee bar, interfaith rooms, restrooms, and ancillary support spaces, all enhanced by high-tech A/V systems and upgraded security features.
Commercial Kitchen
A unique aspect of the space entails a commercial kitchen with dining area and a wellness suite with care rooms, massage room, and lab.
LEED Silver
This LEED Silver Certified project involved selective demolition, installation of premium finishes and casework, MEP system enhancements, and kitchen equipment coordination.
