Occupied High-Rise
Rycon provided preconstruction and construction management services for a fit-out in an occupied high-rise.
Fast-Track Schedule
Completed on a fast-track schedule, work included upgrades to conference rooms, offices, reception, kitchenette, wellness room, IT/storage, and a cafe along with MEP modifications. Rycon coordinated the installation of the owner-provided Teknion Tek Vue demountable glass office-front wall system.
Craftworks USA
Rycon’s Craftworks USA provided architectural millwork including a custom reception desk.
