Project Scope

Wood Frame
This ground-up wood-framed structure is comprised of foundations, slab, metal roofing, stone veneer, and aluminum storefront.
Bank Interiors
Work included interior metal stud wall framing, drywall, glass entrance/storefronts, floors, painting, miscellaneous specialties, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. The bank holds a vestibule, centralized waiting area/lobby, conference room, offices, teller line, restrooms, and storage.
Site Work
Site work included development, utility installation, paving, and drive-thru canopies.
