Project Scope

Ground-Up
Built on an existing shopping center outparcel, the new building’s exterior design is traditional with an entry portico and finished in cement Hardie board siding and trim, edge stone veneer, aluminum storefront windows, asphalt shingle roof, and metal roofing at the tower.
Interiors
The interior was designed to directly reflect the client’s functional requirements and includes an entry vestibule, waiting area, four (4) offices, conference room, four-station teller-line, work room, lounge, two (2) accessible toilet rooms, and janitor’s closet.
Drive-Thru
The scope also included a two-lane drive-thru equipped with Interactive Teller Machines (ITM) under a canopy.
