Project Scope

Ground-Up PEMB
Two projects involved 6,900 sf PEMB warehouses with concrete foundations, masonry knee walls, site work, stormwater systems, heaters, and lighting. Another added a CMU drum storage building with epoxy flooring and overhead coiling door.
Renovations
Several renovations upgraded the operations, compressor, and well buildings with new roofs, siding, doors, windows, lighting, HVAC, epoxy floors, ceilings, and utility improvements.
Occupied Facility
One project involved a phased renovation of a 23,000 sf mission-critical shop completed during occupancy. Upgrades included walls, ceilings, finishes, MEP systems, underground oil interceptor, and vehicle wash. Renovated spaces included training rooms, warehouse, garage, locker rooms, and offices.
