Project Scope

Renovation
Classrooms, labs, and offices in the occupied academic building were renovated with close coordination to minimize disruption.
Infrastructure
Work included demo, structural steel installation, concrete repairs, new partitions, drywall, casework, finishes, and MEP upgrades. Additional scope included new roof insulation and membrane to support HVAC equipment.
Labs
The spaces now support classrooms, labs, and shops for environmental engineering, mechanical engineering, and civil engineering including refreshed corridors and lobby.
