Project Scope

Ground-Up
This new four-story structure includes a new imaging center with radiology and fluoroscopy spaces. Other services include physical therapy, behavioral health, and express care.
BIM
The design was developed utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, analyzing the architecture, structure, and building systems 3-dimensionally. This resulted in significantly fewer conflicts during construction.
LEED Certified
The LEED Certified project included new site development to accommodate parking and stormwater management measures.
