This renovation was completed within an existing two-story building.
Project Scope
MEP Upgrades
Interior work included selective demolition, new metal stud partitions, ceilings, door systems, casework, finishes, lighting, mechanical systems, and plumbing. Exterior improvements consisted sanitary upgrades, parking lot repaving and striping with ADA-compliant spaces, new concrete curbs, and window film installation.
Retail Sales
The ground level includes a secure lobby with check-in, a consult room, restroom, sales floor, and back-of-house spaces for vault, fulfillment, and receiving. The second floor houses a manager’s office, staff break area, and staff restroom.
