MEP Upgrades
The scope of work included selective demolition, installation of new partitions, ceilings, finishes, lighting, mechanical systems, and plumbing. The exterior was repainted.
Secure Entry
The space features a secure entry/vestibule, retail dispensary/sales area, consultation room, and back-of-house areas such as an employee break room, drive-thru, receiving, and vault.
