This project involved a conversion of a former restaurant into a new dispensary.
Project Scope
Facade Upgrades
Building core upgrades included sawcutting the existing concrete slab for new underground MEP systems, along with parking lot paving and facade work consisting of split-face CMU infill at existing doors and windows and painting of the EIFS. Interior work consisted of demo, framing, drywall, insulation, HVAC, MEP upgrades, sealed concrete floors, and finishes.
Drive-Thru
The added drive‑thru scope included grading, an asphalt drive, and a new pickup window area with split-face CMU and canopy, and a service window.
