Project Scope
MEP Upgrades
Building core upgrades included sawcutting the existing concrete slab to install new underground MEP systems. Interior construction consisted of framing, drywall, insulation, HVAC, and MEP installations, along with sealed concrete floors, finishes, and casework.
Retail Sales
The space includes a secured vestibule, toilet rooms, and a sales floor, supported by back-of-house areas for fulfillment, secure vault, offices, conference room, break room, locker room with restrooms, and a receiving area.
