Renovation

A former restaurant was converted into a new dispensary. Work included selective and structural demolition, drywall, interior storefront systems, millwork, restrooms, MEP upgrades, and interior finishes.

Retail Sales

The completed space includes a retail sales area, entry vestibule, check-in and consultation rooms, restrooms, staff break room, vault, and a secure receiving area.

Exterior Upgrades

Exterior work included masonry tuckpoint and stain, downspouts, misc. concrete, landscaping, asphalt patching, rooftop MEP equipment, aluminum entrances and storefront, window film, paint, and fencing.
