Airport Security
Security improvements were implemented at Tampa Executive (VDF), Peter O. Knight (TPF) and Plant City (PCM) focusing on higher level of security and improving access control.
Project Scope
Multi-Site Coordination
The work at all three airports was conducted mostly simultaneously for a streamlined execution.
Infrastructure
A new access control system was provided at TPF and the current access control system at VDF was expanded. Work included power and communications infrastructure, replacement of CCTV cameras at VDF and TPF, and partial replacement of perimeter fencing, gates, and operators.
