Project Scope

Facade Upgrade
This facade replacement included masonry, EIFS, phenolic wood planks, waterproofing, metal framing, canopy and fabric awnings, signage, and electrical upgrades.
Site Improvements
Site improvements consisted of curb and sidewalk replacements, landscaping, and concrete repairs.
Business Continuity
Construction was completed in a continuous sequence without phasing, allowing the retail center to remain fully operational throughout the project.
