Project Scope

Fit-Out
This fit-out created an innovation center and workshop for an industrial technology company.
Warehouse Space
The R&D space includes workstations, offices with skylights, conference rooms, kitchen, telecom room, large development room, and a 4,600 sf workshop.
MEP Upgrades
Work consisted of selective demo, roof patching, secondary MEP systems, new split system for the telecom room, lighting, fire protection, and finishes.
