Rycon served as CM for this 16-story apartment. The post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete structure consists of a podium, tower, and penthouse with two levels of above ground parking. Holding 168 units with 509 beds, amenities include a fitness center, group study, and rooftop lounge.

This four-story, 195-unit wood-frame facility includes independent, assisted, and memory care housing, with courtyards, a chapel, fitness rooms, and commercial kitchen. Key features include an emergency generator and site work, including retaining walls and road access.

Public Storage Pasadena

This ground-up, three-story storage facility holds 679 lockers. The climate-controlled structure is comprised of cold-form load bearing framing with split-face veneer, EIFS, glazing, and TPO roof. Scope included site work with state highway work, interior finishes, MEP, and HVAC.

Lakehouse Veterinary Hospital

This new two-story hospital features structural steel, metal stud framing, fiber-cement siding, and mix of standing seam and shingle roof. The first floor includes exam rooms, ICUs, dental and surgery rooms, X-ray, and pharmacy. The second floor houses offices, lounge, and covered terrace.

Chesterfield County LaPrade Library

This renovation improved library functionality with expanded meeting spaces, a relocated entrance, upgraded technology, improved lighting, makerspace, and outdoor learning areas. Work included demo, structural upgrades, MEP updates, roofing, canopies, and ADA enhancements.

This renovation involved an updated layout within the original historic building footprint. The 2,000 sf addition included masonry walls, polished concrete, fiber-cement siding, roof terrace pavers, millwork, rooftop steel trellis, utilities, grease trap, mechanical, and smoker install.

Austin Ridge Logistics Building 1 & 2 Spec Offices

Rycon completed fit-outs for two 2,000 sf spec offices in adjacent warehouse buildings. The scope included drywall, insulation, ceilings, doors, finishes, restroom, IT closet, and breakroom. Work took place in a new Class A industrial park between Richmond and Washington, DC.

Chesterfield County Animal Services

This facility was built with concrete footings/slab, steel joists, CMU walls, brick veneer, fiber cement siding, and various roof types. Features include a 1,400 sf livestock barn, sally port, adoption area, bathing, cat colony, laundry, kennels and play yard. Scope covered site work and utilities.
