Project Scope

Multi-Building Fit-Out
Rycon was responsible for fitting out two 2,000 sf spec offices within adjacent warehouse buildings.
Spec Offices
The scope was inclusive of drywall, insulation, acoustic ceiling, doors/frames/hardware, toilet accessories, and finishes to complete the office, restrooms, IT closet, and breakroom for a future tenant.
Logistics Park
Work was completed in a new Class A multi-facility industrial park that spans between Richmond and Washington, DC.
