Project Scope

Occupied High-Rise
On the 14th floor of Ohio’s tallest high-rise, Rycon delivered preconstruction and construction management services for a valued repeat financial client.
Fast-Track Schedule
The fast-track renovation included upgrades to conference and meeting rooms, offices, a reception area, kitchenette, and cafe. Associated MEP modifications were also completed.
Craftworks USA
Rycon’s Craftworks USA fabricated wood wall paneling, a custom reception designs, and quartz countertops.
