Project Scope

Fit-Out
During core/shell construction, Rycon fit-out floors four, five, and six to house GNC’s global headquarters. Featured areas include high-tech photo and video studios, intercommunicating stairwell, mock retail store, cafe, and test kitchen.
Craftworks USA
Finishes consist of acoustical panels/baffles, glass office fronts, and polished concrete floors. Rycon’s in-house Craftworks USA self-performed custom architectural millwork, working in a design-assist capacity alongside the architect.
Fast-Track Schedule
Work was completed on an aggressive fast-track schedule to accommodate GNC’s growth strategy.
