This new 140,000 sq. ft. facility is part of Oxford Development’s $200 million riverfront development. The structure holds a 29,000 sq. ft. ground level parking garage for anchor tenant Burns White law firm. Built in just 10 months, Rycon established and executed an accelerated structural steel fabrication and erection sequence which allowed the five-story building to be erected, decked, detailed, and ready for roof dry-in within 35 days of the first steel beam placement. High-end features consist of imported tile and glass wall art, a two-story fireplace, a three-sided fireplace in the multi-purpose room, and a scenic outdoor terrace. The core/shell is LEED Silver Certified.
